Encl 3: Plate Roller Photos The due date remains the same. ************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************ Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PHNSY & IMF) releases a request for quote (RFQ) for a Firm Fixed-Price contract to perform the dismantling and disposal of the Baldwin Lima Plate Roller. This requirement is a 100% small business set aside. The tentative Performance Period is 30 September 2023 – 9 July 2024. The location of performance is Joint Base Pearl Harbor Hickam, Hawai'i. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 23910 – Site Preparation Contractors. The Product Service Code (PSC) applicable to this requirement is P500: Salvage – Demolition of Structures/Facilities (other than buildings). All firms or individuals responding must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) (https://www.sam.gov) by the award date. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses will be those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2023-04, DFARS 6/9/2023, and NMCARS 18-22.
