Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PHNSY &IMF) intends to award a Firm Fixed Price contract for wired cable television, wired internet, and wired telephone services for PHNSY & IMF, Hawaii Regional Maintenance Center (HRMC), and the Honolulu-Pacific Federal Executive Board (HPFEB) in accordance with the Performance Work Statement. The Period of Performance is 08/01/2023 - 7/31/2024. Under the authority 10 U.S.C.2304(c)(1) as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-1, PHNSY &IMF intends to award a sole source contract to Charter Communications for wired cable television, wired internet, and wired telephone services for PHNSY & IMF PHNSY & IMF in accordance with the Performance Work Statement. All firms or individuals responding must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) (https://www.sam.gov) by the award date. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses will be those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2023-04, DFARS 6/09/2023, and NMCARS 18-24.
