The Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PHNSY & IMF) request for quote (RFQ) N32253-23-Q-0004 with the intent to award a Firm Fixed-Price contract for Impact Testing and Metallurgical Analysis of government provided specimens. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 811310, “Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment (except Automotive and Electronic) Repair and Maintenance.” The Product Service Code is J034, “Maintenance, Repair, and Rebuilding of Equipment - Metalworking Machinery.” Please note the following: Oral offers will not be accepted. All firms or individuals responding must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) (https://www.sam.gov).
