In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 10.002(b), this Sources Sought Notice is for market research and information purposes only at this time and shall not be construed as a solicitation or as an obligation. This notice is to determine the availability of small businesses (including the following subsets, Small Disadvantaged Businesses, HUBZone Firms; Certified 8(a), Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business and Woman Owned Small Business) to provide the required services. Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PHNSY & IMF) is issuing this sources sought synopsis as a means of conducting market research to seek eligible contractors to replace the twenty-six (26) non-compliant radios with new radios at seventeen (17) various locations located within the Controlled Industrial Area (CIA), with the exception of one that is located on the road outside of Drydock 4. The work is expected to cover an approximate twelve-week time frame. Contractor services will likely not be need for two or three days during each week while the Government will be configuring the radios. The radios to be installed are Aruba AP-387 and AP-375; the radios have already been purchased by the Government, and will be configured by the Governments Information Technology team prior to deployment. Once the radios have been configured, a list of serial numbers will be provided. The PoE injector will be powered by an available 100 VAC power outlet inside the existing enclosure at each location. The primary focus of this task is to provide labor and tools to perform removal and installation of the radios. Additional details and specifications can be found in the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 238210; the size standard for this NAICS is $16.5 million. Product Service Code is J059 Maint/Repair/Rebuild of Equipment – Electrical and Electronic Equipment Components. This request for capability information does not constitute a request for proposals. Submission of any information in response to this market survey is purely voluntary. The Government assumes no financial responsibility for any costs incurred.
