The Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and IMF intends to release a request for quote (RFQ) for a firm fixed price contract to repair the Public Announcement System onboard one of their tour barges. This posting serves as a Pre-Soliciation notice in association with N32253-22-Q-0034. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 811213. The product service code is J020. All firms or individuals responding must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) https://www.sam.gov by the award date. This pre-soliciation notice is issued in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation 15.202. Contractors must be able to demonstrate that they have the overall technical expertise to complete the scope of work. Written offers shall be submitted in accordance with the CLIN structure and proposal instructions that will be outlined in the forthcoming soliciation, N32253-22-Q-0034.
