Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PHNSY & IMF) seeks a qualified Contractor to perform on-site, preventive, maintenance, repair, calibration, and remedial services (repairs required outside the scope of annual preventive maintenance), to include an inspection report of all work accomplished including inspection of 2 each carriage boxes, in accordance with the Performance Work Statement. Contractor shall provide a manufacturer-trained certifed technician. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 811310 - Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment (except Automotive and Electronic) Repair and Maintenance. The size standard for this NAICS code is $8,000,000.00. The Product Service Code is J049 - Maint/Repair/Rebuild of Equipment - Maintenance and Repair Shop Equipment. Tentative Period of Performance: 07 February 2022 - 06 February 2023 Telephone inquiries will not be accepted or acknowledged, and no feedback or evaluations will be provided to companies regarding their submissions. Oral offers will not be accepted. All firms or individuals responding must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) (https://www.sam.gov) FAR 52.212-1, FAR 52.212-2, FAR 52.212-4, and FAR 52.212-5 applies to this procurement. Offers need to include a completed copy of the provision FAR 52.204-24, 52.204-26 and 52.212-3. Contract award will be in accordance to FAR 52.212-2 as stated in the solicitation.
