The Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PHNSY & IMF) is seeking a contractor to supply a manufacturer trained certified technician to provide annual, on-site preventive maintenance & calibration services, and technical support, to restore reliable and uninterrupted testing services to original equipment manufacturer (OEM) specifications for Oxford Instruments INCA MICS/X-Stream/SEM X-Act. The Contractor shall provide all management, labor, tools, materials, supplies, equipment and transportation to repair and perform preventive maintenance services as defined in the attached Performance Work Statement. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 811219 for Other Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair and Maintenance. The small business size standard for this NAICS code is $22,000,000. The Product Service Code is J066 - Maintenance, Repair & Rebuilding of Equipment - Instruments & Lab Equipment. All firms or individuals responding must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) (https://www.sam.gov) by the award date. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses will be those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2021-05, DFARS 05/20/2021, and NMCARS 18-17. Written offers should be submitted in accordance with the CLIN structure and in accordance with FAR 52.212-1 and its addendum. Offerors are to complete and submit FAR 52.204-24, 52.204-26, and 52.212-3. Quotation submissions should include a breakdown of quotation.
