Notice ID: N32253-21-Q-0036 The Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PHNSY & IMF) intends to release a request for proposal (RFP), for a Firm Fixed-Price contract to provide alterations to a harbor security boat (HSB) in accordance with HRMC-006-21 work package. Work specification HRMC-006-21 is included in this pre-solicitation as an attachment. The required work shall take place at the contractor’s facility. Any interested party must have their own dry docking capabilities on the island of Oahu, HI. This posting serves as a Pre-Solicitation notice in association with N32253-21-Q-0036. This pre-solicitation notice is issued in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 15.202, Advisory Multi-Step Process. This posting is not a request for proposals. Submission of any information in response to this notice is purely voluntary. The government assumes no financial responsibility for any costs incurred. This requirement is a 100% small business set aside. The tentative delivery date for this requirement is 19 NOV 2021. PHNSY & IMF intends to post the solicitation for this requirement on or about 13 APR 2021. Written offers shall be submitted in accordance with the CLIN structure and submission instructions outlined in the forthcoming solicitation. All dates and information included in this announcement are subject to change. Site Visit: One ship check opportunity will be offered on 15 APR 2021 at 9:00 am HST at the Navy Regional Center (Ford Island). An R.S.V.P. is required in order to attend this ship check.
