The Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PHNSY & IMF) requests for quote (RFQ) N32253-21-Q-0030 with the intent to award a Firm Fixed-Price contract for Inspection Services of the Main Condenser. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 541990 (All Other Professional, Scientific, and Technical Services) and Small Business Size Standard of $16,500,000 apply to this procurement. The Product Service Code is J020 (Ship and Marine Equipment– shipbuilding and repairing). All firms or individuals responding must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) (https://www.sam.gov). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses will be those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2020-06, DFARS (last updated 03/24/2020), and NMCARS 18-09. Written offers should be submitted in accordance with the CLIN structure and in accordance with FAR 52.212-1 and the addendum to FAR 52.212-1 as indicated in the attached solicitation. The Period of Performance (POP) is subject to change. If unable to meet the tentative period of performance as identified in the solicitation, please provide soonest availability. The CLIN structure is as follows: 0001 – Inspection Services- Contractor to provide inspections utilizing the Eddy Current Probe and Velocity Software to analyze the Starboard Main Condenser and provide a report detailing inspection findings. This work includes all materials required to perform IAW the performance work statement. This includes travel to and from PHNSY&IMF 0002- ROM 10 Day Quarantine- Hawaii COVID 10 day Quarantine Period. Note: Quotation submissions should include a breakdown of quotation. All quotation submissions need to include completion of FAR 52.212-3.
