The Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PHNSY & IMF) intends to release a request for quote (RFQ) to FARO Technologies, in accordance with 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), for a Firm Fixed-Price contract for Preventive Maintenance for FARO equipment. This posting serves as a Pre-Solicitation notice in association with N32253-21-Q-0015. The Product Service Code is L049 Technical Representative—Maintenance and Repair Shop Equipment. Any interested party that believes it can satisfy the requirement may submit a capability statement to the listed Government point of contacts. The Government assumes no financial responsibility for any cost incurred. In determining whether or not to compete this requirement, the Government has sole discretion. All firms or individuals responding must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) (https://www.sam.gov) by the award date. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses will be those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2021-04, DFARS Publication Notice 20210115, and NMCARS 18-13. The Solicitation for this requirement will be posted on or around 12 FEB 2021. Quotes are expected to be due to this office no later than 15 FEB 2022, 1500 HST.
