Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility intends to solicit and award to qualified small business contractors a firm fixed price contract to provide preventive maintenance, repair and technical support of Shimadzu laboratory equipment in accordance with current OEM guidelines. The complexity of the equipment requires that only compatible, performance verified parts and Shimadzu licensed service engineers shall perform maintenance and repair. The applicable NAICS code assigned to this procurement is 811219. The size standard for this NAICS code is $22M. The Product Service Code is J066, Maintenance, Repair, and Rebuilding of Equipment-Instruments and Laboratory Equipment. Please use the attached solicitation when submitting quote or offer. The total amount for each year should be annotated under the base CLIN 0001 and Option CLIN 1001 through 1004. The total amount should be broken-down in accordance with the corresponding sub-CLIN (SLIN) to ensure maximum flexibility for billing purposes.
