Responses to Questions Attachment ********************************************************************************************************************* The Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PHNSY & IMF) requests for quote (RFQ) N32253-20-Q-0079 with the intent to award a Firm Fixed-Price contract to demolish three temporary structures and one metal mezzanine in accordance with the PWS. This is a 100% small business set-aside. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 238910 and Small Business Size Standard of $16.5M apply to this procurement. The Product Service Code is P500, Site Preparation Contractors. All firms or individuals responding must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) (https://www.sam.gov) by the award date. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses will be those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2020-07, DFARS 20200831, and NMCARS 18-12. Written offers should be submitted in accordance with the CLIN structure and in accordance with FAR 52.212-1 and the addendum to FAR 52.212-1 as indicated in the attached solicitation. Quotation submissions should include a breakdown of quotation. The CLIN structure is as follows: 0001 – Demolish three temporary structures and one metal mezzanine in accordance with the PWS. Quotes are due to this office no later than Friday, 18 SEP 2020, 1500 HST. Quotes must be sent via e-mail to both the primary and secondary points of contact.
