The types of services required include the following: customer service and technical support associated with cable and internet. Market research has determined that Time Warner Cable Enterprises LLC is the only know vendor that has performed this particular job and is able to meet the Navy's requirement using the appropriate procedures. Period of Performance Base year: 01 March 2019 - 29 February 2020 Option 1: 01 March 2020 - 28 February 2021 Option 2: 01 March 2021 - 28 February 2022 Option 3: 01 March 2022 - 28 February 2023 Option 4: 01 March 2023 - 29 February 2024
