Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Facility is searching for sources that can fulfill the requirement of a "Job Readiness Cell - Kit Delivery Runners (personnel) as described in the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). This is not a request for proposals. Any interested party that believes it is capable of meeting the requirement described herein may submit a capability statement. All capability statements received will be evaluated to determine merit. Responses must be submitted in writing no later than the time and dated noted above. Telephone responses and requests will not be received. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
