This Sources Sought Notice is being posted in accordance with DFARS PGI 206.302-1(d). The Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PHNSY & IMF) previously awarded a contract to Hansome Energy Systems, Inc., the original equipment manufacturer, to refurbish an Emergency Propulsion/Turning Gear (EP/TG) Motor in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement. This is not a request for proposals. Any interested party that believes it is capable of meeting the requirement described herein may submit a capability statement. All capability statements received will be evaluated to determine merit. Responses must be submitted in writing no later than 23 September 2019 at 0700 Hawaiian Standard Time (HST). Telephone responses and requests will not be received. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. All questions and responses regarding this Sources Sought Notice must be emailed to jacob.l.walker1@navy.mil. Performance of this service will take place at the contractor's facility.
