AWARD OF A CONTRACT WILL NOT BE MADE AS A RESULT OF THIS NOTICE. ADDITIONALLY, CONTRACTORS WILL NOT BE COMPENSATED FOR COSTS RELATED TO RESPONSE PREPARATION AND/OR SUBMITTAL. Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PHNSY & IMF) seeks a contractor to perform technical services addressed by the attached draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) in support of the Mobile At-sea Sensor System (MATSS) platform. Support includes troubleshooting, repairs, system upgrades, preservation, preventative maintenance, testing, and operation of various hull, mechanical and electric (HM&E) systems, as well as physical security for the MATSS towed platform. It is the Government’s intent that a single primary Contractor be awarded this potential contract and be responsible for accomplishment of all work specified within the attached Draft PWS. If your company is interested and capable of performing this requirement please submit a tailored capability statement addressing the particular requirements included in the Draft PWS, limited to 5 pages, in writing via email and received no later than 19 July 2021; 0900 HST to the primary and secondary point of contact. Please include the following information in your response: organization name, address, email address, website address, telephone number, size and type of ownership of the organization, CAGE code, and DUNS number. The Government requests offeror’s recommendation for CLIN structure for this requirement and feedback on the Draft PWS. Telephonic responses are not allowed.
