PHNSY & IMF seeks a contractor to provide labor, personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary for annual preventive maintenance and repair services for 66 sewing machines of various manufacturers and models. Preventive maintenance must be performed quarterly to support continuous operational readiness, per the attached Performance Work Statement. The tentative period of performance is 9/30/2026–3/29/2031, with services performed at Joint Base Pearl Harbor Hickam, Hawai’i. Offerors must hold a valid CMMC Level 1 (Self-Assessment) certification at award and throughout contract performance, and must be registered in SAM by award. A technical proposal of no more than 5 pages is required to demonstrate knowledge of and approach to the PWS requirements.
