Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard & Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PHNSY & IMF) on Oahu, Hawaii, seeks a contractor to provide all labor, equipment, tools, and materials to remove, test, and properly dispose of silt and sediment from a Dry Dock Suction Chamber. The amended solicitation updates the Performance Work Statement and adds questions and answers, with further specifications in the attached draft PWS. The tentative period of performance is 09/21/2026 – 09/20/2027 and may be updated; if unable to meet it, offerors should submit their soonest availability. The government anticipates conducting a site visit on Friday, 09/11/2026 at 09:00 a.m. HST.
