The contractor will remove, dismantle, and palletize one Monarch Milling Machine at Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard, providing all labor, supervision, tools, design, transportation, and machinery. A Project Manager must oversee planning, scheduling, and execution. The tentative period of performance is September 28, 2026, through May 27, 2027. Performance will take place at Joint Base Pearl Harbor Hickam, Hawaii. A voluntary site visit is anticipated on August 31, 2026, at 9:00 AM HST.
