This Pre-solicitation Notice is issued soley for informational and planning purposes. The Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PHNSY & IMF) intends to solicit a requirement for preventative maintenance services on 10 Okuma equipment for a base year and four (4) one-year option periods, through a full and open competition. A sources sought notice was posted on the Government Point of Entry, SAM.gov IAW FAR 5.204, from 24 September 2025 - 30 September 2025 to determine whether other sources could satisfy this requirement. The Government received multiple responses from multiple vendors capable of performing the requirement. This pre-solicitation does not constitute a request for proposals. Submission of any information in response to this notification is purely voluntary and the Government does not assume financial responsibility for any costs incurred.
