The Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PHNSY & IMF) intends to award a sole source purchase order using the procedures at FAR 13.106-1(b)(1), as it has been deemed that only one source is available to meet this specific requirement due to proprietary information. This purchase order is intended to be awarded to Cincinnati Incorporated to perform on-site services for calibration and tuning on the GoForm Press Brake (S/N 057512). The requirements document in the form of a Performance Work Statement is attached to this notice. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals or quotations. Any party who believes they can perform this requirement should submit a capability statement for consideration by the government. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The Government will not be held responsible for any costs incurred by responding to this notice. A party may identify their interest and submit a capability statement by 5 September 2025 11:00 AM HST. Reponses, including questions about this notice, shall be sent via email to both the points of contract listed below.

Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PHNSY & IMF) is seeking sources that are interested and capable of providing on site services to tune MTR SERVO LXM BSH 0551, calibrate X, Y, R Axis, test machine for proper operation, provide 90-day warranty on work performed, and provide a service report for the Go-Form S/N 057512.. All the aforementioned items will be conducted in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS) specifications. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 811310 – Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment (except Automotive and Electronic) Repair and Maintenance. The Product Service Code is J049 - Maintenance/Repair/Rebuilding of Equipment. This request for capability information does not constitute a request for proposals. Submission of any information in response to this market survey is purely voluntary. The government assumes no financial responsibility for any costs incurred. If your organization has the capability of performing these services, please provide the following information: 1.
