THIS IS A PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE; THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION This Pre-solicitation Notice is issued solely for informational and planning purposes. The Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PHNSY & IMF) intends to solicit and negotiate a non competitive sole source contract under the authority of 41 U.S.C. 1901 and in accordance with FAR 13.501. PHNSY & IMF intends to solicit from Turbine Marine, Inc., to perform on-site, preventive maintenance services for six (6) Turbine MArine 1 MW Gas Turbine Generators three (3) times per year as well as one annual training session per year. A sources sought notice was posted on the Government Point of Entry, SAM.gov IAW FAR 5.204, from 07 May 2025 - 09 May2025 to determine whether other sources could satisfy this requirement. The Government received no responses from industry indicating capability in performing the requirement. This pre-solicitation does not constitute a request for proposals. Submission of any information in response to this notification is purely voluntary and the Government does not assume financial responsibility for any costs incurred. The planned period of performance is as follows: Base Year: 11 August 2025 – 10 August 2026 Option Year 1: 11 August 2026 – 10 August 2027 Option Year 2: 11 August 2027 – 10 August 2028 Option Year 3: 11 August 2028 – 10 August 2029 Option Year 4: 11 August 2029 – 10 August 2030 This posting serves as a pre-solicitation notice in association with N32253-25-Q-1029 in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 5.204.
