The Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PHNSY & IMF) is issuing a request for quote (RFQ) to Turbine Marine Inc., in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(2), for a Firm-Fixed Price contract to perform on-site, preventative maintenance services for up to two (2) Turbine Marine 1 MW Gas Turbine Generators two (2) times per year with hardware/software upgrades. This requirement consists of one-year base period. A Sources Sought notice was posted to the Government Point of Entry (GPE), SAM.gov from 25 August 2025 to 26 August 2025, in which the Government received no capable sources indicating capability in performing the requirement by the posted due date. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 811310 - Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment (except Automotive and Electronic) Repair and Maintenance with a size standard of $12.5 million. The Product Service Code is J049 - Maint/Repair/Rebuild of Equipment-Maintenance and Repair Shop Equipment. Please note the following: *This solicitation is available upon request only. Instruction to Offeror on page 24 must be completed upon sumbmission. All questions regarding solicitation shall be submitted in writing via email to the listed POCs. Questions are due by 02 September 2025 07:00 AM HST. All firms or individuals responding must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) (https://www.sam.gov) by the award date. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses will be those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2025-03, DFARS 01/17/2025, and NMCARS 18-25. Notice to Offeror: Funds are not presently available for this. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any cost.
