The Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PHNSY & IMF) is issuing a request for quote (RFQ) to Kelvin International Corporation, in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(1), for a Firm-Fixed Price contract to provide a Manufacturer Trained Certified Technician to perform on-site, preventative maintenance, repair, calibration, and remedial services, on two (2) High Pressure Nitrogen Trailers. This requirement consists of a one-year base period. A Sources Sought notice was posted to the Government Point of Entry (GPE), SAM.gov from 01 May 2025 to 05 May 2025, in which the Government received no capable sources indicating capability in performing the requirement by the posted due date. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 811310 - Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment (except Automotive and Electronic) Repair and Maintenance with a size standard of $12.5 million.
