The Government requires contractor support to provide charter bus services, transporting passengers around PHNSY & IMF including the Controlled Industrial Area (CIA). This posting serves as a pre-solicitation notice in association with N32253-24-Q-0073. This pre-solicitation notice is issued in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 5.201, Synopses of Proposed Contract Actions. This posting is not a request for quotes. Submission of any information in response to this notice is purely voluntary. The Government assumes no financial responsibility for any costs incurred. This requirement is a 100% small business set-aside. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 485999 - Other Transit and Ground Passenger Transportation. This NAICS code size standard is $19 million. The Product Service Code (PSC) applicable to this requirement is V222 - Transportation/Travel/Relocation- Travel/Lodging/Recruitment: Passenger Motor Charter. All firms or individuals responding to this solicitation must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) (https://www.sam.gov). The solicitation for this requirement will be posted on or about 12 July 2024. All offers shall be emailed to the primary and secondary point of contact listed in the upcoming posting.
