Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PHNSY & IMF) intends to release a request for quote (RFQ) for a Firm Fixed-Price contract to perform the dismantling and disposal of the Baldwin Lima Plate Roller. The desired result of these services is to clear shop spaces to allow PHNSY & IMF to install new equipment and to use these spaces more effectively. This posting serves as a Pre-Solicitation notice in association with N32253-23-Q-0060. This requirement is a 100% small business set aside. The tentative Performance Period is 30 September 2023 – 9 July 2024. The location of performance is Joint Base Pearl Harbor Hickam, Hawai'i. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 23910 – Site Preparation Contractors. The Product Service Code (PSC) applicable to this requirement is P500: Salvage – Demolition of Structures/Facilities (other than buildings).
