The Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PHNSY & IMF) intends to solicit a Request for Quote (RFQ) to Cepeda Associates, Inc. to perform pier-side intrusive material inspections of CO2 Removal Units, Scrubber No. 1, Scrubber No. 2, with Submarine Maintenance Monitoring and Support Performance Monitoring Team (SMMS PMT) assistance under the on-site direction of Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard (PHNSY&IMF). The primary focus of this task will be thorough intrusive inspection of the CO2 scrubbers. This inspection is the first step in the new Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM). The tentative period of performance is 1 February 2023 – 31 March 2023.
