Note: In order to qualify for this requirement, Offerors must currently possess and provide documentation of their NAVSEA-approved vent cleaning procedure for Virginia-class submarines. The tentative Period of Performance is 24 OCT 2022 – 14 NOV 2022. This requirement is a 100% small business set-aside. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 336611 and the size standard for this NIACS code is 1,250 employees. The Product Service Code is J999 Non-Nuclear Ship Repair (West). All firms or individuals responding must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) https://www.sam.gov by the award date. This solicitation is prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 13, as supplemented with additional information included with this notice. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisitions Circular (FAC) 2022-07, DFARS (last updated 08-26-2022) and NMCARS 18-22. The solicitation number for this requirement is N32253-23-Q-0001. Proposals are due on 03 OCT 2022 at 1000 HST. Please note the following for N32253-23-Q-0001: Addendum to FAR 52.212-1 provides instructions and information of what documents must be included in your submission. Offeror’s shall fill out the attached Solicitation document in accordance with the instructions provided in Addendum to FAR 52.212-1. Addendum to FAR 52.212-2 provides evaluation factors upon which all submitted proposals will be evaluated. Any amendments made to this solicitation must be acknowledged in the Offeror’s submission.
