In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 10.002(b), this Sources Sought Notice is for market research and information purposes only at this time and shall not be construed as a solicitation or as an obligation. This notice is to determine the availability of small businesses (including the following subsets, Small Disadvantaged Businesses, HUBZone Firms; Certified 8(a), Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business and Woman Owned Small Business) to provide the required services. Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PHNSY&IMF) seeks a contractor that is qualified to provide one (1) qualified person to support the Occupational Safety Office’s requirements to report and record safety data for one (1) base year and four (4) option years. This person must enter complete and accurate data with little error then retrieve and prepare data for analysis by PHNSY&IMF Occupational Safety Branch. The location will be determined by the PHNSY Project. Additional details and specifications can be found in the attached draft Performance Work Statement (PWS). The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 561110 – Office Administrative Services; the size standard for this NAICS is $12,500,000. The Product Service Code is R699; Support – Administrative: Other . The request for capability information does not constitute a request for proposals. Submission of any information in response to this market survey is purely voluntary. The Government assumes no financial responsibility for any costs incurred.
