Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PHNSY & IMF) intends to release a competitive solicitation for a 100% total small business set–aside firm fixed price contract to overhaul an 85-Foot Torpedo Weapons Retriever, package HRMC-HM&E-22-0032. This notice serves as a pre-solicitation posting. This is not a request for proposals. Submission of any information in response to this notification is purely voluntary and the Government does not assume financial responsibility for any costs incurred.
