The Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PHNSY & IMF) intends to award a sole source, firm fixed price contract to Curtiss-Wright firm fixed price contract for long lead time material (LLTM) of two (2) rotational deployment mechanism (RDM) refurbishment kits for two (2) Virginia-class submarines. The solicitation is prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 15, as supplemented with additional information included with this notice. In accordance with FAR 4.1102 and the provision set forth in FAR 52.204-7 of this solicitation, all firms or individuals responding must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) (https://www.sam.gov) by the offer submission date. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2022-06, DFARS 04/28/2022 and NMCARS 18-21.
