Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PHNSY & IMF) requests for quote (RFQ) N32253-22-Q-0001 with the intent to award a Firm Fixed-Price contract to provide six (6) forklift rentals to assist in operations within the shipyard. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 532289 for All Other Consumer Goods Rental. The small business size standard for this NAICS code is $8,000,000. The Product Service Code is W039, Lease Or Rental Of Equipment- Materials Handling Equipment. Please note the following: Pursuant to FAR 52.232-18 Availability of Funds, funds are not presently available for this option period and the Government’s obligation under this option is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment can be made. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are available. The Government anticipates, but does not guarantee, that a fully executed modification to fund the option period will be issued on or about 01 Oct 2021. Oral offers will not be accepted. All firms or individuals responding must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) (https://www.sam.gov). Offers need to include a completed copy of the provision at FAR 52.204-24, 52.204-26, and 52.212-3. Contract award will be in accordance to 52.212-2 as stated in the solicitation. No telephonic responses will be accepted. Quotes are due no later than Monday, 11/15/2021 at 3:00 p.m. HST. Quotes must be sent via email to both the primary and secondary points of contact.
