The small business size standard for this NAICS code is $8,000,000. The Product Service Code is W039, Lease Or Rental Of Equipment- Materials Handling Equipment. Please note the following: Pursuant to FAR 52.232-18 Availability of Funds, funds are not presently available for this option period and the Government’s obligation under this option is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment can be made. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are available. The Government anticipates, but does not guarantee, that a fully executed modification to fund the option period will be issued on or about 01 Oct 2021. Oral offers will not be accepted. All firms or individuals responding must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) (https://www.sam.gov).
