Under the authority 10 U.S.C.2304(c)(1) as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-1, Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PHNSY & IMF) intends to award a sole source contract to: Spectronics Corporation 956 BRUSH HOLLOW ROAD WESTBURY, N.Y. 11590 To provide procure Xtreme Freeze Pipe Freezer, three (3) EACH PN XF-4006AR, three (3) EACH PN XF-4006AL, and four (4) EACH PN XF-2000A. Spectronics Corporation has been determined as the the sole manufacturer and distributor and is able to meet PHNSY's requirement using the appropriate procedures. A sources sought notice was posted on 9 Sep 2021 and closed 13 Spp 2021 (Solicitation #: N32253-21-Q-0088) and no capability statements were received in response. Submit quotations in accordance with the CLIN structure outlined in the announcement. Oral offers will not be accepted. To be awarded a contract, you must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) (https://www.sam.gov). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2021-07, DFARS DPN 20210913, and NMCARS 18-20. Quotes are due to this office no later than 22 Sep 2021, 8:00 AM; Hawaiian Standard Time. Quotes must be sent via e-mail to the point of contact listed.
