The Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PHNSY & IMF) is seeking a contractor to remove six wall cranes and three jib cranes. The Contractor shall have salvage rights to all the scrap material generated as a result of the removal of the identified cranes. Disposal of the material shall be in accordance with Federal, State and local laws and regulations. The disposal of scrap materials within PHNSY & IMF is strictly prohibited. The Contractor shall also provide all transportation, labor, equipment, tools and materials to remove the cranes and properly dispose of or recycle the mater as defined in the attached Performance Work Statement. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 238990 for All Other Specialty Trade Contractors. The small business size standard for this NAICS code is $16,500,000. The Product Service Code is P500 – Salvage – Demolition of Structures/Facilities (Other than Buildings). All firms or individuals responding must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) (https://www.sam.gov) by the award date. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses will be those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2021-05, DFARS 05/20/2021, and NMCARS 18-17. Written offers should be submitted in accordance with the CLIN structure and in accordance with FAR 52.212-1 and its addendum. Offerors are to complete and submit FAR 52.204-24, 52.204-26, and 52.212-3. Quotation submissions should include a breakdown of quotation. The Period of Performance for is 27-SEP-2021 TO 26-SEP-2022 Offeror questions pertaining to the Request for Quote N32253-21-Q-0081 are due by 0300 PM HST, three (3) calendar days after release of the solicitation. The Government is not obligated to answer questions submitted after this common cut-off date.
