Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard & Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PHNSY & IMF) seeks for authorized distributors to provide Fixed Price Quote for 200 feet hose, nonmetallic 2”. HOSE, NON-METALLIC, VERSILON FEP TLCT, SMOOTH BORE FLUOROPOLYMER, 2" ID, 250 PSIMAX WORKING PRESSURE, 1000 PSI MINIMUM BURST PRESSURE, 13.5" MINIMUM BEND RADIUS, FEP INNER CORE REINFORCED WITH POLYESTER PLYCORDS AND GREEN EPDM RUBBER, SAINT-GOBAIN PN 3832TLCTO. The Government intends to acquire commercial items using FAR Part 12 and the Simplified Acquisition Procedures set forth in FAR Part 13. Solicitation N32253-21-Q-0077 is being issued as a Request for Quotes (RFQ) for a Firm-Fixed Price contract. For additional information and requirements, please see the attached solicitation (N32253-21-Q-0077) and corresponding brand name justification. Submit written offers with shipping and handling included with the price (if possible) using the enclosed solicitation or in a format similar to the CLIN structure of the solicitation. Oral offers will not be accepted. All firms or individuals responding must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) (https://www.sam.gov). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2021- 06, DFARS 07/09/2021, and NMCARS 18- 20. North American Industrial Classification Standard (NAICS) 326220 and the Small Business Size Standard is 750 employees. This solicitation is posted as a 100% Small Business set aside. Vendors are required to complete FAR 52.204-24, 52.204-26, and 52.212-3 of the solicitation. Quotes will be evaluated in accordance with FAR 52.212-2 as listed in the attached solicitation. Quotes are due to this office no later than 08/25/2021 at 3:00 p.m. HST. Quotes must be sent via e-mail to the listed point of contact.
