The Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PHNSY & IMF) issuing a request for quotes (RFQ), for a Firm Fixed-Price contract to replace the fuel tank for a RHIB vessel in accordance with HRMC-020-21 work package. Work specification HRMC-020-21 is included in this solicitation as an attachment. The required work shall take place at the contractor’s facility. The tentative period of performance for this requirement is 7 SEP 2021 - 23 Nov 2021. The solicitation number for this requirement is N32253-21-Q-0070. This solicitation will close on 27 Aug 2021, 10:00 am HST. Submissions are to be emailed to both the primary and secondary point of contacts listed in this posting. This solicitation is prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 13.5 and FAR Part 15, as supplemented with additional information included with this notice. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2021-05, DFARS (last updated 05/20/2021), and NMCARS 18-17. Please note the following for N32253-21-Q-0070: •Offers must be submitted in accordance with the CLIN structure established in the Solicitation. A price must be provided for CLIN 0001 (p. 3). •Addendum to FAR 52.212-1 (p. 4-5) provides instructions on what documents must be included in your submission. •Addendum to FAR 52.212-2 (p.10-12) provides evaluations factors of which the submitted proposals will be evaluated. •52.204-24 : Section (d)(1) and (d)(2) of this provision must be filled out by the Offeror. •52.204-26: Section (c)(1) and (c)(2) of this provision must be filled out by the Offeror.
