**********Update as of 13 SEP 2021, 1430 HST********** See REV1 Questions & Answers updated document in the Attachments/Links section of this notice **********Update as of 13 SEP 2021********** See Questions & Answers document in the Attachments/Links section of this notice *************************************************** The Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PHNSY & IMF) issuing a request for quotes (RFQ), for a Firm Fixed-Price contract to provide dismantling and disposal of one (1) Stair Bent and one (1) Material Loading Platform, in accordance with the PWS. The required work shall take place at PHNSY & IMF. The tentative period of performance for this requirement is 30 SEP 2021 to 29 SEP 2022. Solicitation: The solicitation number for this requirement is N32253-21-Q-0064. This solicitation will close on 15 SEP 2021, 9:00 am HST. Submissions are to be emailed to both the primary and secondary point of contacts listed in this posting. Please note the following for quote submission requirements for N32253-21-Q-0064: • Addendum to FAR 52.212-1 (p. 11-12) provides detailed instructions on what documents must be included in the Offeror’s quote submission. A total of 3 documents must be submitted in order for a quote to be considered complete. • Addendum to FAR 52.212-2 (p. 13-14) provides evaluations factors of which the submitted quotes will be evaluated. • Offers must be submitted in accordance with the CLIN structure established in the Solicitation. A total price must be provided for CLIN 0001 (p. 8). • 52.204-24 (p. 14-16): Section (d)(1) and (d)(2) of this provision must be filled out by the Offeror. • 52.204-26 (p.16): Section (c)(1) and (c)(2) of this provision must be filled out by the Offeror. • 52.212-3 (p. 17-33): This section must be filled out by the Offeror. • 52.222-22 (p. 40): Section (a) and (b) must be filled out by the Offeror. Questions: All questions regarding the solicitation shall be submitted in writing via email to the listed POCs. Questions are due 13 SEP 2021, 9:00 am HST. Responses to questions received after this date/time may not be addressed. This solicitation is a 100% small business set-aside. The solicitation is prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 13, as supplemented with additional information included with this notice. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2021-06, DFARS (last updated 07/09/2021), and NMCARS 18-18. All firms or individuals responding must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM).
