The required work shall take place at PHNSY & IMF. The tentative period of performance for this requirement is 30 SEP 2021 to 29 SEP 2022. Solicitation: The solicitation number for this requirement is N32253-21-Q-0061. This solicitation will close on 20 SEP 2021, 9:00 am HST. Submissions are to be emailed to both the primary and secondary point of contacts listed in this posting. Please note the following for quote submission requirements for N32253-21-Q-0061: • Addendum to FAR 52.212-1 (p. 10-11) provides detailed instructions on what documents must be included in the Offeror’s quote submission. A total of 3 documents must be submitted in order for a quote to be considered complete. • Addendum to FAR 52.212-2 (p. 12-13) provides evaluations factors of which the submitted quotes will be evaluated. • Offers must be submitted in accordance with the CLIN structure established in the Solicitation. A total price must be provided for CLIN 0001 (p. 13). • 52.204-24 (p. 15-17): Section (d)(1) and (d)(2) of this provision must be filled out by the Offeror. • 52.204-26 (p.17-18): Section (c)(1) and (c)(2) of this provision must be filled out by the Offeror. • 52.212-3 (p. 19-35): This section must be filled out by the Offeror. • 52.222-22 (p. 42): Section (a) and (b) must be filled out by the Offeror. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 562211 – Hazardous Waste Treatment and Disposal. Product Service Code is P100 – Equipment Related Services – Salvage Services. This request for capability information does not constitute a request for a quotation.
