Upon completion of pre-test and inspection, refurb and cleaning, final testing and certification shall be performed. Documentation shall be provided to the Government, detailing pre-test and inspection findings, parts replaced, results of the testing, and show certification of work completion. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 332912 for Fluid Power Valve and Hose Fitting Manufacturing. The small business size standard for this NAICS code is 1,000 employees. The Product Service Code is J020, Maintenance, Repair, and Rebuilding of Equipment- Ship and Marine Equipment. A sources sought notice regarding this solicitation was posted on 07/08/2021 and closed on 07/13/2021. Period of Performance: 08/30/2021 – 09/30/2021 Please note the following: Servo Valve Refurbishment includes pre-test and inspection, refurb and cleaning, final testing and certification shall in accordance with the Performance Work Statement. This includes all shipping back to Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and IMF. Oral offers will not be accepted. All firms or individuals responding must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) (https://www.sam.gov). Offers need to include a completed copy of the provision at FAR 52.204-24, 52.204-26, and 52.212-3. Contract award will be in accordance to 52.212-2 as stated in the solicitation. No telephonic responses will be accepted. Quotes are due no later than Tuesday, 08/03/2021, 3:00 p.m. HST. Quotes must be sent via email to both the primary and secondary points of contact.
