Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard & Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PHNSY & IMF) seeks for authorized distributors to provide Fixed Price Quote for two (2) minimum length of 100 feet, or one (1) continuous length, 1-1/2” chemfluor FEP hose P/N: 3824TLCT. The Government intends to acquire commercial items using FAR Part 12 and the Simplified Acquisition Procedures set forth in FAR Part 13. Solicitation N32253-21-Q-0058 is being issued as a Request for Quotes (RFQ) for a Firm-Fixed Price contract. For additional information and requirements, please see the attached solicitation (N32253-21-Q-0088) and corresponding brand name justification. Submit written offers with shipping and handling included with the price (if possible) using the enclosed solicitation or in a format similar to the CLIN structure of the solicitation. Oral offers will not be accepted. All firms or individuals responding must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) (https://www.sam.gov). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2021- 06, DFARS 017/09/2021, and NMCARS 18- 19.
