The Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PHNSY & IMF) intends to release a request for proposal (RFP), for a Firm Fixed-Price Multiple Award IDIQ contract to accomplish “DRY ICE” cleaning of the interior of supply and exhaust ventilation systems onboard a Los Angeles class submarine in accordance with HRMC-012-21 work package. Work specification HRMC-012-21 is included in this pre-solicitation as an attachment. The required work shall take place at the JBPHH, HI. This posting serves as a Pre-Solicitation notice in association with N32253-21-Q-0043. This pre-solicitation notice is issued in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 15.202, Advisory Multi-Step Process. This posting is not a request for proposals. Submission of any information in response to this notice is purely voluntary. The government assumes no financial responsibility for any costs incurred. This requirement is a 100% small business set aside. The tentative period of performance for this requirement is JUN 2021 - MAY 2026. PHNSY & IMF intends to post the solicitation for this requirement on or about 04 JUN 2021. Written offers shall be submitted in accordance with the CLIN structure and submission instructions outlined in the forthcoming solicitation.
