Currently OilGear Company is the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) and has sole ownership of the applicable repair/adjustment drawings and schematics necessary to perform requirements. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 332912 for Fluid Power Valve and Hose Fitting Manufacturing. The small business size standard for this NAICS code is 1,000 employees. The Product Service Code is J020, Maintenance, Repair, and Rebuilding of Equipment- Ship and Marine Equipment. A sources sought notice regarding this solicitation was posted on 04/06/2021 and closed on 04/09/2021. Period of Performance: 05/21/2021 – 07/21/2021 If you are unable to meet the tentative period of performance date, please submit soonest availability with submission of quotation. Please note the following: SCVP-20 Valve Assembly includes inspection, testing, condition found report, and needed repairs IAW the PWS. This includes all shipping back to Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and IMF. Oral offers will not be accepted. All firms or individuals responding must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) (https://www.sam.gov). FAR 52.212-1, FAR 52.212-2, FAR 52.212-4, FAR 52.212-5, and FAR 52.204-2 applies to this procurement. Offers need to include a completed copy of the provision at FAR 52.204-24, 52.204-26, and 52.212-3. Contract award will be in accordance to 52.212-2 as stated in the solicitation. Quotes are due no later than Friday, 05/14/2021, 0900 HST. Quotes must be sent via email to both the primary and secondary points of contact.
