Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PHNSY & IMF) is seeking sources that are able to perform technical support, for annual, on-site preventive maintenance and repair to restore reliable and uninterrupted testing services to Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) operating specifications to the equipment listed below. An OEM qualified service technician, using OEM parts and consumables, shall perform all work. This would be a firm-fixed price contract for one year and options for four additional years in accordance with the attached DRAFT Performance Work Statement. Equipment: ARL 3460 Vacuum Optical Emission Spectrometer (OES) - Serial No. 6471 (1ea) ASE 350 Accelerated Solvent Extraction system - Serial No. DX13097368 (1ea) ICS-2100 Ion Chromatography System - Serial No. DX13090281 (1ea) Quant X- Energy Dispersive X-ray Fluorescence (EDXRF) Spectrometer (1ea) Nicolet iN10 MX Infrared (IR) Microscope Mainframe - Serial No. ALK1711755 (1ea) Nicolet iS50 FTIR Spectrometer Mainframe - Serial No. AUP1810109 and AUP1710516 (2ea) The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 811219 for Other Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair and Maintenance. The small business size standard for this NAICS code is $22.0 million. The Product Service Code is J066, Maintenance, Repair & Rebuilding of Equipment - Instruments & Lab Equipment This request for capability information does not constitute a request for quotation. Any interested party that believes it can satisfy this requirement may submit a written capability statement to the primary point of contact. To be evaluated for technical merit and capability, statements must be received by the stated deadline.
