This is a solicitation for commercial items issued as a request for quote RFQ N32253-21-Q-0013. Under the authority 10 U.S.C.2304(c)(1) as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-1, Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PHNSY & IMF) seeks a contractor to provide maintenance services to perform pre-testing, initial inspection, repair, final testing and certification of completion of work for one (1) General Electric SCVP-20 Servo Valve Assembly in support of a LA-Class Submarine Project at PHNSY&IMF. Currently OilGear is the OEM and has sole ownership of the applicable repair/adjustment drawings and schematics necessary to perform requirements. The applicable NAICS code assigned to this procurement is 332912. The size standard for this NAICS code is 1,000 employees. The Product Service Code is J020, – Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul. A sources sought notice regarding this solicitation was posted on 25 NOVEMBER 2020 and closed on 30 NOVEMBER 2020. Tentative Period of Performance: 13 JAN 2021 – 16 FEB 2021 If you are unable to meet the tentative period of performance date, please submit soonest availability with submission of quotation. Please note the following: • Offers must be submitted in accordance with the CLIN structure established in the Solicitation. The CLIN structure is as follows: 0001 – Inspection and Testing 1001 – Repair SCVP-20 Valve Assembly includes inspection, testing, condition found report, and needed repairs IAW the PWS. This includes all shipping back to Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and IMF Oral offers will not be accepted. All firms or individuals responding must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) (https://www.sam.gov). FAR 52.212-1, FAR 52.212-2, FAR 52.212-4, FAR 52.212-5, and FAR 52.204-2 applies to this procurement. Offers need to include a completed copy of the provision at FAR 52.212-3, 52.204-24, and 52.204-26. Contract award will be in accordance to 52.212-2 as stated in the solicitation. Quotes are due to this office no later than 0800 HST 13 JAN 2021. Quotes must be sent via e-mail to both the primary and secondary points of contact.
