The Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PHNSY & IMF) is seeking sources that are interested and capable of providing a reliably robust notification system that can notify PHNSY populace (military, civilian and contractors ~ over 6,000 personnel), senior leadership, focused program POCs, and concerned public with emergency information or critical guidance during special events or conditions. PHNSY requires a Contractor to provide rapid emergency notification system services to PHNSY personnel for one year and options for four additional years in accordance with the attached DRAFT Performance Work Statement. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 519130 for Internet Publishing and Broadcasting and Web Search Portals. The small business size standard for this NAICS code is 1,000 employees. The Product Service Code is DA10, IT and Telecom - Business Application/Application Development Software, as a Service. This request for capability information does not constitute a request for quotation. Any interested party that believes it can satisfy this requirement may submit a written capability statement to the primary point of contact.
