This is not a Request for Proposal (RFP) and a formal solicitation is not available at this time. This notice does not constitute a commitment by the Government to issue an RFP, contract, or order. This RFI is for informational planning purposes only. The Government will not pay for any effort expended or any material provided in response to this announcement. All costs associated with responding to this RFI are solely at the responding parties' expense. The Government will not be obligated to pursue any particular acquisition alternative because of this RFI. Not responding to this RFI does not preclude participation in any future solicitation, if one is issued. The Naval Shipyard located at Pearl Harbor, Hawaii is conducting a market survey to determine the availability of vendors capable of providing Painters/Sandblasters for Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard. Please see attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). Interested vendors are requested to submit a capability statement outlining their ability to meet or exceed this requirement no later than Wednesday, 11 March 2020 by 07:00AM HST to Joy Tran at joy.tran@navy.mil. A revised PWS has been uploaded on 27 February 2020.
