This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a request for quote RFQ N32253-20-Q-0082. Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard & Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PHNSY & IMF) seeks facility rental services from a Contractor at an off-site location on the island of Oahu, Hawaii. The room(s) is(are) needed in order for PHNSY & IMF to administer the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) Wage Grade Performance Potential Assessment (WGPPA) exam for the Apprenticeship Program applicants. Solicitation N32253-20-Q-0082 is being issued as a Request for Quotes (RFQ) for a firm-fixed price base contract + one 12-month option period in support of the Apprenticeship Program for PHNSY & IMF. For additional information, please see the attached solicitation. Submit written offers in accordance with the CLIN structure outlined in the announcement. Oral offers will not be accepted. All firms or individuals responding must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) (https://sam.gov/SAM/). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2020-07, DFARS DPN 20200831, and NMCARS 18-12. North American Industrial Classification Standard (NAICS) 531120 and Size Standard of $30,000,000 apply to this procurement. Offerors are to complete and submit FAR 52.212-3, FAR 52.204-26, and FAR 52.204-24 (as applicable) located within the attached solicitation. The completed clauses must be submitted with the quotations. Quotes will be evaluated in accordance with FAR 52.212-2 as listed in the attached solicitation. Quotes are due to this office no later than Friday, 18 September 2020, 12:00PM Hawaiian Standard Time. Quotes must be sent via e-mail to both the primary and secondary points of contact.
