Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard & Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PHNSY & IMF) seeks for manufacturer and distributors to provide Fixed Price Quote for Swifts Filter Inc. brand 316 stainless steel filter housing and filter element. The Government intends to acquire a commercial item using FAR Part 12 and the Simplified Acquisition Procedures set forth in FAR Part 13. Solicitation N32253-20-Q-0074 is being issued as a Request for Quotes (RFQ) for a Firm-Fixed Price contract. For additional information, please see the attached solicitation (N32253-20-Q-0074) and corresponding brand name justification for the full requirements. Submit written offers using the enclosed solicitation or in a format similar to the CLIN structure of the solicitation. Oral offers will not be accepted. All firms or individuals responding must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) (https://www.sam.gov). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC)2020-05, DFARS DPN20190531, and NMCARS18- 09. North American Industrial Classification Standard (NAICS) 333999 and the Small Business Size Standard is 500 employees. This solicitation is posted as a Small Business set aside. Vendors are required to complete FAR 52.212-3, pages 21-37 of the solicitation. Quotes will be evaluated in accordance with FAR 52.212-2 as listed in the attached solicitation.
