The Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PHNSY & IMF) is issuing this Sources Sought Notice as a means to conduct market research to identify interested parties for the requirement of an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) Trained Technician to trouble shoot, repair, modify, and test the Rectifier Unit Model Number, 12DC-3000-365-480-TF, to a fully operational condition, in accordance with current OEM guidelines, at the Contractor’s facility. The result of this market research will contribute to determining the method of procurement. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 811219: Other electronic and precision equipment repair and maintenance. The Product Service code is J049 Maintenance/Repair/Rebuilding of Equipment Maintenance/Repair of Shop Equipment. This request for capability information does not constitute a request for proposals. Submission of any information in response to this notice is purely voluntary. The government assumes no financial responsibility for any cost incurred.
