The Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PHNSY & IMF) is seeking sources that are interested and capable of providing a Manufacturer Trained Technician to perform on-site repair service, preventive maintenance, and X, Y, Z axis calibration on the Flow Waterjet, Model No. MACH 4 4030 XD. The results of this market research will contribute to determining the method of procurement. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 811310- Commercial and industrial machinery and equipment (except automotive and electronic) repair and maintenance. The Product Service Code is J049-Maint/repair/rebuild of equipment- maintenance and repair shop equipment. This is not a request for proposals. Any interested party that believes it can satisfy this requirement may submit a written capability statement. The government assumes no financial responsibility for any cost incurred. Telephonic responses are not allowed. If your organization has the capability of performing these services, please provide the following information: 1) Business name and address; 2) Name of company representative, business title and email; 3) Large or Small Business Size and Type of Small Business (if applicable); 4) Cage Code; 5) DUNS Number; 6) Contract vehicles that would be available to the Government for the procurement of the product and service, to include General Service Administration (GSA), Federal Supply Schedules (FSS), or any other Government Agency contract vehicle.
